Founding Member Properties: The first 100 founding properties will be acknowledged as Founding Members in recognition of their role in helping establish the inaugural certification year and will benefit from all Vacation Homes for Good™ marketing and media exposure.

Membership Criteria:
Property complies with local STR rules
Maintains clear guest standards and expectations
Demonstrates practices from each of the five Vacation Homes for Good™ Pillars
Provides transparent listing information
Agrees to Vacation Homes For Good™ host commitment statement
Contributes 1% or more of annual gross revenue directly to local community initiatives.
